  • To address gastric issues: aids in the relief of gas production in the stomach as well as indigestion discomforts. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder with warm water three times a day to help with bronchitis.
  • To have cancer protection: mix 2 tsp turmeric powder with a cup of water and drink twice a day. It contains active ingredients (curcumol and curdione) that have potent anti-cancer properties.
